  Once approved, download and print the prepaid sustainable shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service or drop it off at any authorized collection point in your area.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
